3 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
In a small bowl, mix oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, butter, mustard, paprika, and lemon juice. Mix until well blended.
Return mixture to preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
