Rosy Rice Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 cup water

1 cup loaded flaked coconut

2 cubes chicken bouillon, divided

1 cup plain yogurt

4 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced

Directions

Combine sugar, oil, egg, water, coconut and bouillon cube. Let stand 7 minutes.

Whip coconut in large bowl until stiff. Beat in yogurt and pineapple. Stir several times.

Stir candied citrus dill into creamed rice mixture. Allow to stand about 5 minutes before stirring.

These were excellent--possibly the best burritos I've had. My husband gave them 10 stars, although way too rich for my taste. I used a blend of 4 ingredients, including Lemon Balm. Mine came out very cloyingly sweet. But even her husband could tell that this was the real deal. I measured out 1/2 cup of chopped celery and broke it into chunks. Quick and easy. Haven't tried butter yet, but should be good.
