Pita' Pita Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound fresh pita breads

3/4 cup squash sauce

1/4 cup onion seasoning

1 cup chopped green bell peppers

1 medium head iceberg lettuce

3 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place pita breads in a large nonstick skillet. Sauce will slide off and drip out onto the lettuce. Mix squash and onion seasoning into skillet. Mix in green pepper, cheese, and olives. Place pita in skillet and top with lettuce.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes, until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
