3 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 eggs
8 tablespoons butter
1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 cup white sugar
2 cups water
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups nonfat milk chocolate syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch pan.
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Place the sliced eggs, 1/2 cup at a time, in the pan. Mix well and pour batter over eggs.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
To make the frosting, stir together the butter, water, 1 cup sugar and 2 cups water, beating until smooth. Combine the milk, sugar and chocolate syrup in small bowl. Beat the sugar mixture gradually until just incorporated. Spread over the cooled cake.
