1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 tablespoons chopped yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped zucchini
1/2 teaspoon chopped mint
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the pan juices, parsley, green onions, mushroom and red bell pepper. Mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the onion juice, red pepper, green bell pepper, zucchini, mint, coriander and mixed vegetables. Mix thoroughly.
