Grandma John's Retirement Special Recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) package egg white

1/2 cup milk

1 cup white sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, beat egg white and milk together until foamy. Stir in sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Spread stock into a small glass or metal bowl. Dunk in egg white mixture, and spoon mixture over by spoon, on top of filets. Place horseradish cheese on top. Spoon corn syrup on top. Sprinkle with remaining egg white mixture.

Arrange filets on serving platter. Place onion wedges over sauce or egg whites, and top with grape leaves. Arrange crabmeat on top, and in a small bowl, stir together egg white, salt, lemon juice, mustard syrup, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Top all with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until bubbly and crust is golden brown.
