1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 cup vegetable oil
4 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine the milk, 1/2 cup sugar, egg and brown sugar in a medium saucepan.
Bring mixture to a slow boil, stirring constantly, in a large bowl, beat butter until fluffy. Pour cream sauce over cream mixture and toss gently.
Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned, about 1 hour. Remove from oven and place on baking sheet. Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream or cake frosting.
