1/3 cup butter, softened
3 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup mini chocolate marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 (3 ounce) packages YOGURT Chocolate Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 cups whipped cream
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan. Place the butter, sugar, oil, marshmallows and vanilla into a medium spray pan or glass bottle filled with ice. Pour marshmallow mixture into the container filled with ice. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
In a medium bowl, beat the flour until smooth. Stir in the marshmallow mixture, chocolate chips and whipped cream. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Cool completely before inverting onto a wire rack and cutting into squares. Store in refrigerator.
