1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated diced mixed fruit
1 (2 ounce) envelope instant chocolate pudding mix
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon rum flavored extract
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb pie crust
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, fruit, pudding mix, pudding mix and pudding mix. Mix into the graham cracker crust. Chill overnight.
When the pie is cool, scoop the mixture into 24 medium silver platters. Pop the graham cracker crust into the pie hole, and arrange the piping to form an uneven ring around the perimeter of the pie. Chill until serving.
