1 limes, juiced
1 cup packed green grapes
3/4 cup canned pineapple, drained
1 cup cottage cheese
8 apples, peeled, cored and cut into wedges
6 tablespoons white sugar
3 sheets Delmonico marinade
In a large bowl, combine the lime juice, grapes, pineapple, cottage cheese, apples and sugar and set aside for later.
Pour in the pineapple, making sure it is completely absorbed. Cook over low heat until apple is very tender. Stir in the melted cheese and marinade until cheese is melted and mixture is light.
