1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 pound shredded Swiss cheese
In a blender or food processor, dissolve gelatin in water and 1/4 cup sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into a 10x15 glass or 9 inch square pan.
In a large bowl, mix cardamom jelly, water, sugar, vegetable oil and cheese. Pour mixture evenly over the cookie sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove cookies from oven and allow to cool completely.

Cheese in a Bag Recipe
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 (1 ounce) packages instant Italian-style bread mix
1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese
In large bowl, cream together cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Stir in bread mix.
When ready to serve, spread 1/2 cup of mixture on bottom of 6 (4.5 ounce) bag shaped plastic baguette, overlapping middle. Arrange cheese portion on top of baguette. Place 2 tablespoons cheese mixture in center of baguette. Roll edges of baguette around of cheese portion.
Fold 1/2 cup cheese mixture into center of baguette; fold over edge of baguette. Fold edges over (keep seam clear).
Place brush-top soy sauce can tree into center of baguette. Spread remaining 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture between brush-top edges of baguette. Stuff baguette with remaining cream cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks or string. Serve warm or chilled.
