1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 egg
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brandy
In a blender, combine white sugar, milk, cream, cream of tartar, egg and butter or margarine. Blend with press of a hand until sauce reaches the consistency of peas. Pour over pie.
