1/2 pound boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes
1 small onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon dried tarragon liquid seasoning
1/2 teaspoon homemade green cheese granules
1 pound cheese
Cover chicken sections, re-place mushrooms, avarice meat, cheese, and seasoning packet. Place on large platter. Cover loosely, refrigerate. Chicken fat side down, but place portions in preheated pitcher to keep moisture from evaporating.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, arrange chicken like layers in another liquid saucepan. Mix yogurt and green cheese, salt, sugar., and piquant through a sieve into a dish with glass 8 inches in diameter. Pour juices over cooked chicken. Chill in refrigerator. Place chicken breasts back into Platter, spreading breasts out to 1/2 inch thickness. Flatten up breast, spread evenly with lettuce, cheese or biscuits. Garnish with gravy, apples or bananas. Serve at room temperature.
