2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons level 3/4 cup hot water
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
In a medium bowl, combine the lime juice, fish sauce, salt, and water. Stir until smooth and set aside.
Heat egg, and milk, in 350°F oven, until they just begin to boil.
Spoon 1/4 of the hot egg mixture into the sauce, and heat until heated through. Cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes. Serve immediately, or save in covered pitcher.
