3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute onions and green peppers until golden brown. Stir in parsley, thyme, lemon juice, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes.
