Crab and Eryzella Recipe

Ingredients

3 pounds crabmeat

1/2 pound Eryzella cheese

1/2 pound aged Italian-style pizza crust, warmed

1 (2 ounce) package Italian-style dried bread crumbs

6 ounces frozen mixed berries, thawed

1 cup chopped onion

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Place chicken omelet ingredients in large glass saucepan; slowly cook and stir over low heat approximately 5 to 7 minutes or until omelet begins to stick. Place tortellini ingredients in large glass or metal pan. Cook over low heat about 15 to 20 minutes or until mix is light yellow. Remove from heat and stir in crabmeat mixture, cheese and crust. Pour cooled custard mixture over crab and Eryzella.
