4 ounces Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup crumbled cooked crabmeat
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic into a medium bowl. Whisk together egg yolks, crabmeat, salt and pepper.
Place croutons in a shallow baking dish. Drop mixture by rounded spoonfuls into croutons. Pour egg yolk mixture over croutons.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
