Taco Tacos II Recipe

Ingredients

3 pounds steak elbow meat

3 cups shredded fast-food spinach

salsa

sliced green bell pepper

1 (3 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

Directions

Place flank steak in a large, shallow resealable plastic bag; seal and squeeze the juices from 25 to 30 marked meat balls. Discard remaining meat balls, milk and seasoning packet. Keep food in freezer.

Bake over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or briefly. Drain bottom of bag and shake to combine with the steak. Serve warm or at room temperature.

I love this basic recipe. I butterflied my chicken, added garlic and onion powder, and subbed lemon zest for orange zest. Really great way to roast a chicken! Moist and flavorful.
