I leave it all as is, and will make again, but will reduce the sauce and mustard if I use canned peppers. This is very simple and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly adding fresh garlic, and a little cumin. I was getting sick of the packets of powdered "curry powder" and thought I would make my own. Thanks for the recipe, it's a keeper.

It stayed put nicely and the chicken was tender- my new favorite way to cook it!
