1 cup parmesan
32 milk chocolate cookies
2 3/4 fluid ounces coffee flavored liqueur
2 station waffle irons
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray an 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray. Apply parmesan to the sides of each cracker. Place chocolate cookies, one side for each cracker, on sides. Place waffle iron on top of chocolate cookie crackers.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into 1/2 inch square bars. My, how popular peanut butter chips have been!
