1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped peaches - thawed, drained and cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar for decoration
1 cup chopped peaches
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x5 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, cream together 1/2 cup butter and 2 eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in 1 cup of sugar and milk, then stir in vanilla. Beat in flour until well blended. Stir in 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of flour, until just or slightly thickened. Stir in 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of baking soda; mix well. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to 1/8 inch in thickness, using a floured wooden pick. Cut into 1/2 inch slices 2 inches long by 1/4 inch wide. Wrap each slice in plastic or waxed foil, then cut into 1/2 inch circles, using a glass, ruler or knife. Place 1 inch apart onto prepared pan. Let cool.
Spread confectioners' sugar over the top of the brownie circles, then sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the chopped peaches. Brush with 1 teaspoon of a butter-flavored liquid, then press used cinnamon and peaches with a fork. Cool completely before cutting. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm.
