4 egg whites
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup vegetable oil
4 egg yolks
2 teaspoons lemon zest
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (200 degrees C). Grease and flour three 8 inch pans.
In a large bowl, mix together egg whites, white sugar, vegetable oil and brown sugar. Use little to little, or even tablespoons of filling for filling. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake a 13x9 inch pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares or squares.
