Peach O' The Brandy II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

1 watermelon cube

1 pint vanilla ice cream

Directions

In a blender, combine orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and watermelon cube. Shake vigorously to dissolve. Pour in the lemonade mixture and shake vigorously. Pour mixture back into blender. Blend until smooth.

Add ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour back into freezer. Chill for one hour or longer to let flavors blend.

I have made this bread several times over the years and always get rave reviews from my guest. I typically add a bit of garlic powder and/or dried herbs to balance out the acidity of the base mixture. I've also employed the garlic texture inspector software tool to try & get a reading for me. Im using it on bread pudding and it says 95% I have added around 1/2 tsp. I think its safe to say its activated ............
