1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 lemons, sliced into rounds
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups crushed cornflake crumbs
1 (2 ounce) can vanilla flavored Jell-O
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a blender or food processor, combine lemonade concentrate, orange juice concentrate, lemon crumbs and gelatin. Blend until smooth. Transfer to separate bowls and refrigerate until gel is set.
Using an electric food processor or blender, pulse lemonade mixture in medium bowl until mixture resembles coarse cornflakes. Stir gelatin mixture into lemonade mixture until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate mixture until firm.
Pour lemonade mixture into the blender or food processor, and process until smooth. Pour into glass serving dish. Sprinkle whipped topping over apples.
