1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix
3 2/3 cups milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 (14 ounce) cans coconut cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, milk, eggs, coconut cream, cream cheese, evaporated milk, and coconut cream. Remove the cream cheese mixture from the refrigerator; stir into the whipped cream. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture until well combined. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
