Lemon Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

1 (3 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries, drained

1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread graham cracker crust evenly over pie.

In a blender, combine lemonade concentrate, lemon-lime soda and strawberries. Pour mixture over pie. Cover and chill overnight.

Frost top of pie with whipped cream or lemon-lime frosting.
