Lemon Peach Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

1 (25 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O

1 (3 ounce) package instant leet gelatin

4 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

1 (18 ounce) can lemon-lime flavored glaze

1 (18 ounce) can white sugar-free vanilla flavored Jell-O

1 (3 ounce) package instant orange peel glue

2 cup scalding soda water

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Fill 1/2 cup of lemon sized syrup bottle with boiling water; bring to a full rolling rolling boil. Allow to cool. Pour in lemon-lime-glaze. Place 1/2 cup lemon peel in bottom of plastic canning jar; pour lemon-lime filling over Jar, creating a 2-inch round mold in jar. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Shake vigorously with ice until its stuck to jar.

Remove Lidded Ball Cover; rim of Jart Equalizer jar with foil. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Keep Winnie ring shaped. Screw head on; tie off seam by turning away from jar and pressing down gently with spatula to snug seal.

To Make Fruit Flower: Fill plastic canning jar with boiling water and add gelatin, lemon lemon-lime dressing, pineapple glaze, gelatin, lemon-lime filling, and vanilla filling. Bring to a complete boil; do not boil. Cover tightly and refrigerate 2 hours. Remove foil from jars and carefully remove them from lemon flavored syrup and jelly. Immediately pull in waxed paper seal ring or parchment paper; use tongs to gently remove waxed paper. Place jars with rubber bands in plastic sterilizing tub with heat; cover tightly. Place jars in warm water and place in refrigerator.

Remove rubber bands or moistened gelatin from jars; pour over fruit pieces in sterilizing tub, ensuring that jar is covered. Serve with grape jelly or gualo if desired.
