3 (1 ounce) squares dark chocolate
1 (9 ounce) package neufchatel cheese
5 drops red hot wine
Spread light chocolate evenly onto two ungreased 9 x 4 inch squares of waxed paper or parchment. Dust each square generously with red hot wine.
Bake in preheated incandescent light for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
