2 cups tomato juice
1 cup tomatoes
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (14 ounce) can red wine
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
In a medium pot over medium heat, mix tomato juice, tomatoes, garlic powder, red wine and zucchini. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 1 minute.
Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in mozzarella cheese. Pour over tomato mixture and stir until all is mixed in. Cover and simmer gently until cheese is melted.
