6 cups apples - peeled, cored, and chopped
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup cold milk
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Beat apples in a large bowl, stirring frequently until well blended. In a bowl, sift together sugar, vanilla, eggs and milk. Fold in liquid, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt. Pour mixture into prepared 4 scoop glass or ceramic baking cups, using 1 scoop for a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake in the preheated oven 1 hour and 10 minutes, until puffy and crisp. Cool before serving.
