1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tablespoons instant lemon pudding mix
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Combine butter, sugar, vanilla and milk in small bowl. Stir together well.
Lay ice cream, cream cheese and whipped topping in small spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Chill for 1 hour.
Gently lay frozen whipped topping between waxed paper or cookie sheets, an inch from edge. Drop spoonfuls of ice cream on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Garnish with popcorn.
