3 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 onion, diced
1 cocktail size bottle ranch-style salad dressing
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) can butter
2 tablespoons Italian-style dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat eggs with milk until thick. Mix milk with eggs; pour mixture into greased 9-inch-square baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, onion, ranch-style salad dressing, mushrooms, cheese, and tomato paste. Stir together well.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
