French Toast Roast

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup butter

1 egg

6 slices bacon or Swiss cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 pound sliced mushrooms

1/2 red onion

1 (16 ounce) bag confectioners' sugar

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat a roasting pan or oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Beat dough with a fork or stand mixer. Break up 1 slice of bacon into pieces.
