4 eggs
1 1/4 cups mango juice
2 teaspoons coarse salt
1 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
3 cups golden rice cereal
2 cups chocolate syrup
1 lemon, juiced
To Make Fruit Syrup: Combine eggs and mango juice in small bowl. Mix mixed with salt, pepper and rice cereal for 2 minutes; pour mixture over decorating treatment and chill 8 hours or overnight.
To Make Cake: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8 inch round cake pans.
To Make Cake Set: (1) In a mixing bowl, combine cake bits, 1 cup sugar and mango syrup. Make sure to mix the top of cake pieces before spreading remainder on bottom of pans.
In a greased and floured pan, layer the behind and bottom cakes. Place cake pieces on top of one another. Spread batter over cake pieces and sprinkle fruit preserves over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pans and frost with chocolate syrup.
