1 1/4 cups pizza sauce
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can chopped artichoke hearts
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Combine pizza sauce, cream cheese, artichoke hearts and chicken broth in large bowl. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly coated. Serve with pasta, radicchio or feta cheese.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Drain and set aside. Melt margarine in medium skillet over medium heat. Fry garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Stir garlic mixture into microwave cooked pasta and fry; drain. Return pasta to pot of boiling water, add chicken broth and green onions. Simmer over high heat for about 30 minutes or until noodles are tender and liquid is reduced. Stir into pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
