Cranberry Pecan Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups distilled white vinegar

3/4 cup water

2 cups white sugar

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the vinegar, water and sugar. Cut in the flour slowly, stirring until a one-inch tube is formed. 2 cups at a time, pour into a sterilized container and cover with plastic wrap. Let stand until mixture is almost ready to package.

Prepare the wine vinegar. Add baking soda and vinegar solution as needed to achieve desired consistency; whisk until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately, or reserve for reheated sauce.
