Kolder Douglas' Japanese Stew Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons water

1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables means Runt

2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and seeded

2 bay leaves

1 medium egg, beaten

1 onion, just cut into small pieces

3 green onions, chopped

3 medjool dates

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

fresh rosemary leaves, finely sliced

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine the water, cubes, mixed vegetables, jalapeno peppers, bay leaves, egg, onion, green onion and cherries. Cover, remove pan from heat, cover and steam one hour, stirring constantly.
