8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

1/3 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Place mozzarella cheese into the bottom of a glass shape mold and 1/2 to 1 inch up the sides of dome.
Press cream cheese evenly over cream cheese layer.
Make dressing:
Add tomatoes and white wine; refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.
Stir together tomatoes, 1/2 cup white wine, cooked ham, parsley and seasoning salt.
Sprinkle mored currants, tomatoes, 1/2 cup white wine, ham, parsley and seasoning salt over the top of the turkey stuffing.
