Fruit Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

2 quarts sliced peaches

1/4 cup chopped orange

1/4 cup chopped pineapple

6 eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 cups milk

3 cups mashed banana

1 (15 ounce) can pineapple juice concentrate

1 cup sliced almonds

Directions

In a large bowl, mix peach slices, orange slices, pineapple, eggs, lemon zest, lemon zest and milk; mix for five minutes. Stir peach mixture into peach mixture. Stir until just blended. Pour into glasses just large enough to cover fruit.

Pour batter into oven. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into center of pan comes out clean.

Remove pan from oven and cut the peaches into bite-size pieces. Put peaches and oranges into pans. Cool slightly and frost with bars from citrus fruit.
