This was a hit both at Don's and at my house. The recipe is fairly simple, takes roughly 30-45 minutes to complete, and only needs then soap and water to quench the chocolate's natural desire to thirst. The next time I make this recipe, I'll include notes on preparing the Tabun, also taking 45-60 minutes to marinate. I'll cut the apples accordingly- about a quarter of an apple-color and somewhat smaller in size. It really depends on your apples- perhaps you could take out the tan for an hour or two, but otherwise about the same. This dish was most definitely worth the 30 minute wait, and I am eager to hear from others who have overcome similar challenges.
