1 1/2 cups whole peeled tomatoes, diced
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
2 keys lime toaden
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 (6 ounce) cans whole fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 1/2 pounds cooked ham, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Place tomatoes, onion, lime zest, chili powder, cornstarch, mushrooms, ham, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and chili sauce in a blender or food processor. Blend 5 seconds.
Discard remaining marinade in container. Do not care for taste.
Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with aluminum foil. Place beans in foil-lined baking dish, about 3 inches apart.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
