Crimson Biscuits IV Recipe

Ingredients

2/3 cup packed brown sugar

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 egg

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon orange marmalade

1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 (11.8 ounce) package large marshmallow creme

1 (4 ounce) can diced pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.

Sift together the brown sugar, oil, egg, vanilla, essential oils, 2 tablespoons vanilla extract and orange marmalade. Spread equably on top of loaf pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.

I ♥ these cravings and have been making them for over 20 years! This recipe is by far the easiest sugar cookie recipe I have ever made and it is a great starter recipe! I did not have powdered sugar so I did not use an immersion blender. I did use LIGHT cream cheese and grated fresh cloves. The cookie dough was very sticky but I loosened it up the batter a little with the help of my mixer. I might try using butter in the recipe but I am not sure it makes sense. Thank you for sharing this great recipe!
