1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter cups, chopped
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10 inch square pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, sugar and honey. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stir into the mixture, then the almond and chocolate chips. Finally, stir in the peanut butter mixture.
Spread evenly into prepared pan and let cool until firm. Grease a 10 inch square pan.
In a small bowl, beat together the peanut butter cups and milk chocolate chips.
Pipe peanut butter cups and fill bars using a piping bag. Place remaining 24 peanut butter cups on top of cups, then layer the chocolate chips on top.
Bake 22 to 28 minutes in the preheated oven, until firm in center. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
