1/2 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons allspice, crushed
3 tablespoons orange zest
2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash brandy
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon orange zest
Place apricot preserves in a small bowl. Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, allspice, orange zest, cranberry sauce, and vanilla extract. Place marshmallow in a small bowl. Stir lemon and orange zest into marshmallow mixture.
Spread 1 cup marshmallow mixture onto a serving platter and top with apricot preserves. Garnish with lemon and orange zest garnish with marshmallow mix. Serve cold or warm.
These blueberry coulis coulis got a lot of press recently, but they're really quick and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly and they were all gone within minutes of setting them out!
