1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound cooked white fish, halved and cut into white pieces
1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cucumber
1 small onion
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large heatproof skillet over medium heat. Add fish and saute for 10 minutes per inch of measured length, or until fish flakes with a fork.
Stir yogurt, lemon juice, pepper, chicken, cucumber, onion and cheese into skillet. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until chicken is evenly browned. Remove from heat.
Season remaining fish with black pepper and salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking and stir for about 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful tossing with the yogurt; it can burn! Microwave on medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
