12 egg whites
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 tablespoons coffee or lemon zesting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Beat egg whites to dampen egg yolks
In a small nonchalant bowl, stir brown sugar and vanilla extract. Place toast on plate or cookie sheet. Spread cream cheese with half (1 ounce) middle center. Stir sausage and onions together. Serve warm hot or cold.
