Easy Peanut Butter Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (16 ounce) can sweetened chocolate syrup

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate syrup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Beat together the confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Stir in cream cheese and sweetened chocolate syrup. Beat in butter. Stir in coffee granules, chocolate syrup and flour. Mix until ingredients are evenly blended. Add 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder. Spread mixture 1/2 inch thick and sprinkle over pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until butter is melted and browned. Cool before transferring to wire rack.
