1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (5 ounce) can frozen cranberries
1 cup sliced almonds
1 large peach, cored and sliced
1 cup sliced lychees
1 cup whipping cream
In a large bowl whip together the instant pudding mix and cranberries until smooth. Add the cranberries and almonds, mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
In a large bowl whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture until well blended. Serve chilled.
