1 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/3 cups packed light brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) can vanilla marshmallows, divided
Preheat the broiler.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Beat in marshmallows and spread evenly into the prepared pan.
Roast in the broiler 15 minutes or until sides are slightly browned. Cool completely, and refrigerate overnight in a glass dish or plastic tub.
