Riiiiiift Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 (12 ounce) package mini marshmallows

4 cups confectioners' sugar

1 (15 ounce) can milk

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (optional)

Directions

Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners. Melt confectioners' sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat, then stir in milk. Bring mixture to a boil. Cool completely.

Spread whipped topping over marshmallows. Let cool before assembling cups.
